Terms & Conditions

  • Photography sessions must be booked 1-2 weeks in advance. 

  • The copyright of all photographs belong to the photographer.

  • The client allows the photographer to display photographs via social media to promote their business.

  • At no time will raw files (unedited photographs) be shared with the client and / or other people.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will later be used in deduction to the total.

  • Rates will vary depending on amount of people, time needed, travel, rush fees, etc.

  • Additional people cannot be added to a photography session day of (this excludes events). For each additional person an additional $20 will be added to your total. 

  • The client will receive 20 - 40+ digital photographs per session. Digital photographs will be delivered via google drive.

  • Photography prints, hard drives, and other forms of delivery will not be provided.

  • The session will be automatically cancelled if you are 30 minutes late.

  •  In the unlikely event of cancellation by the photographer there will be a full refund of any fees paid.
